The Center for Alcohol Policy always puts on a thoughtful, informative and interactive conference. This year’s conference will be in Minneapolis starting with a reception Monday the 24th, a full day of conference on the 25th, and a half day on Wednesday the 26th.
The agenda is packed with timely topics and expert panelists covering a wide range of subjects. As reader of this blog know, the annual litigation roundup will be particularly interesting this year given the pending cert petitions related to alcohol. The antitrust and pricing, THC and alcohol, trade practice, stolen alcohol, and regulator perspective panels all will be excellant. A return visit from Charles Hildebrandt to discuss intellectual property law especially in the age of AI will be great for lawyers and non lawyers alike. This year’s Attorney General keynote will be given by General Drew Wrigley of North Dakota.
